SH Active Sports cannot be held responsible for any injury during our events or whilst traveling to and from our events. SH Active Sports cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings whilst attending our events. In the event of inclement weather, we will host supervised indoor activities. On de-registration an appropriate adult must collect each child.

Unacceptable behaviour may lead to children being sent home from clubs / camps and asked not to return.

Refunds will only be issued should SH Active Sports cancel clubs. Credit for future clubs will be offered under any other circumstances for example a school cancelling a club.

PLEASE NOTE: Refunds will be subject to a £5 admin / Transaction fee should they be issued. This will be deducted from the refund amount.

Credit will not be given for missed individual sessions and will be given solely at the discretion of SH Active Sports. Credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Booking is deemed as acceptance of our terms and conditions.
